Chief Client Officer, Gallagher Bassett

Since 2016 Stacey has served as a Senior Executive Team member in the role of Executive Director – Sales and Account Management, now known as the Chief Client Officer.

Stacey commenced her career with Gallagher Bassett in 2002 as a Case Manager within the Workers’ Compensation business unit, so she understands case management from the ground up.

Stacey has managed major start-ups in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and the Northern Territory, as well as leading the transformation of Gallagher Bassett’s Self Insurance division. She now forms relationships and develops solutions for large government and corporate clients.

In 2019 Stacey was awarded the Business Development Professional of the Year at the 2019 Women In Finance Awards, and has been named on the list of 2019 Women to Watch by Business Insurance.

Stacey holds a Masters of Management (Personal Injury); Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute; Certified Personal Injury Professional, Fellow member; Cert III in Financial Services; Cert IV in Business Frontline Management; Diploma in Management; Cert IV Assessment and Workplace Training, and Training and Assessment.
